Salmon with Gnocchi and Pesto

Make a complete family dinner with gnocchi and baked salmon made with Dualfry Split 8L.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves about 2 people.

Ingredients:

  • 370 g salmon fillet in portions
  • 250 g gnocchi (potato pasta)
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Fine salt

Instructions:
Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Preheat the airfryer to 200°C (392°F). Brush the salmon with oil and sprinkle a thin layer of fine salt. Toss the cooked gnocchi in a little olive oil, then mix in the grated Parmesan. Place the salmon on one side of the drawer and the gnocchi on the other. Insert the drawer and airfry for 7 minutes. Remove the drawer, let the salmon rest. Transfer the gnocchi to a bowl and mix with pesto.

Lemonette:

  • 0.5 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Flaky salt

Instructions:
Grate the lemon zest into a bowl, add the olive oil. Squeeze in the lemon juice and sprinkle in a little flaky salt. Mix well and use as a dressing for the salad.

Serve the salmon and gnocchi with a fresh green salad, and top with the lemonette or any other desired dressing.
