5 Jahre Garantie auf alle Wilfa Produkte

Wilfa gewährt auf Produkte der Marke Wilfa eine 5-jährige Garantie ab Kaufdatum nach dem 01.09.2020. Die Garantie deckt Herstellungsfehler oder Mängel ab, die während der Garantiezeit auftreten. Als Nachweis der Garantie ist die Vorlage eines Kaufbelegs erforderlich. Für Ansprüche wenden Sie sich bitte an das Geschäft, in dem der Artikel gekauft wurde.

Diese Garantie gilt nur für Produkte, die in privaten Haushalten gekauft und verwendet werden. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt gewerblich verwendet wird. Die Garantie erlischt auch bei Missbrauch, Fahrlässigkeit, Nichtbefolgen der Anweisungen von Wilfa sowie bei Modifikationen oder nicht autorisierter Reparatur des Produkts. Die Garantie deckt keinen normalen Verschleiß, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, mangelnde Wartung, Verwendung einer falschen elektrischen Spannung oder Folgendes ab:

  • Entkalkung muss gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung durchgeführt werden
  • Überlastung des Produkts
  • Glasschäden
  • Antihaftbeschichtung
  • Verschleißteile
  • Filter, Batterien, Reifen und andere Teile, die regelmäßig ausgetauscht werden müssen

Diese erweiterte Garantie gilt nur für Produkte der Marke Wilfa.

Für Produkte der Marken E-Way, E-free, Stadler, Nivona, Jordan und MySoda gilt weiterhin eine Garantie von 2 Jahren.

The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:

  • Overloading of the product
  • Regularly worn parts
  • Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)

10-Year Motor Warranty on selected Wilfa products

Wilfa provides up to a 10-year warranty on the motor of selected products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. This extended warranty applies exclusively to the motor and any faults related to it. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
