Mocha Frappuccino made easy with Icy

A delicious Mocha Frappuccino.

Ingredients

  • 7.5 dl cold brewed filter coffee or cold brew
  • 1 dl chocolate sauce
  • 3 dl milk

Topping

  • 3 dl heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sugar

How to make it

  1. Brew half a pot (7.5 dl) of filter coffee.
  2. Let the Coffee cool to room temperature, and refrigerate until cold. (If you’ve brewed too much coffee one day, this is a perfect way to use it up.)
  3. Pour the coffee, chocolate sauce, and milk into the slush machine and select the frappe program.
  4. Pick your texture
    Choose your desired frappe level, from smooth to icy, using the texture control dial.
  5. Run the machine until it signals that it’s ready.
  6. Whip the cream with the sugar.
  7. Pour the frappe into glasses, and top with whipped cream and, if desired, a drizzle of extra chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
